Giovanni Bareato:

Gio, from Genoa, is the manager and our resident Instructor Trainer.  He has been diving since 1986. A long period closed inside an insurance company’s office before he finally decided to turn his great passion into a way of life. After a long experience in Egypt and Vietnam he finally landed in Bali in 2011 and fell totally in love with the island and its people.

He is ex-insurance which means he is fastidious on the planning side of things. He’s not happy unless everything is running like clockwork. He has a passion for drift diving, which around here there is no short supply of. This also makes him a happy man.

Alena Lisahub:

The only mistake of her life was meeting Giovanni during a holiday. From a brilliant career as a lawyer in Belarus, she found herself to be Gio’s better half (much better half…). Alena looks after all the bookings coming in , manages the resort, plans your diving days…and sometimes you can see her dressed as a diver! As far as customer’s satisfaction is concerned, her attention for details is legendary.

Indra:

Indra is well known for his great sympathy as well as being one of our Instructors. He is both a Padi and SSI instructor,  has been diving these waters since 1995 and there is no one who knows them better.

He is one of the most patient instructors in the industry, more than happy to work personally with his students until he is sure they are 100% ready.

Didux:  

Didux otherwise known as ‘Duk’  , always willing to help and can’t do enough for you.

He is from Padang Bai with over 2000 dives up, a qualified Dive Control Specialist (Assistant Instructor) and probably one of the most careful guide you will ever find underwater.

Sudana & Agus:

These two come as a pair. They are our boat crew (the captain and anchor boy). You want this pair following you on a drift dive. They will follow your bubbles where ever you go and no matter how fast the currents are.

They are both from Padang Bai and have grown up on these waters so they have seen all conditions.

Ketut Ade & Gombloh:

These pair are the most entertaining thing to watch: they seem to know an infinite number of ways to trick each other. But they take their job seriously.

They have the responsibility for compressor maintenance, air filling and looking after all of your equipment.

Made:

This is charming Made; she runs the office staff with an iron rod. Looks lovely but scares the life out of everyone, including all the boys. 

If she says ‘jump’, they ask ‘how high’? But if there is anything you need she will make it happen for you, or knows someone else that can help.

The Office Staff:

They are Novi, Iluh, Yuni, and Yanti and do all the boring stuff like accounting, ordering and organizing: all the stuff behind the scenes that makes everything work for you to have the best possible holiday.

They are also as much a part of the dive team as any dive guide, if not more because without them nothing would happen.
